"We stayed here for one night. Found the place clean, but in need of a bit of maintenance. It def needs upgrading. Why I rated it so low, was that there was no hot water in the shower. We complained to a man at the counter that night and he didnt really seem to care or give a proper reason and just said its probably cos others have had a shower at the same time and to try again later and in the morning. "The checking in was frustrating we arrive at one o’clock now one in office so came back at 2 o’clock now one there so phoned told she won’t be far. Half an hour later 4 customer waiting the lady finally arrived. Not a good look.
There was 2 of us stay for 3 nights. Only one lot of toiletries in the bathroom and on the second day asked for more toilet paper. Sorry you have to pay for more.
These could have been a small cost to the Resort for people who are stay more than one night.
