"Dirty, moldy, rusty, noisy. That's what I got for trying to save a few dollars. They did clean the toilet and bed sheets. But the bathroom floor was so sticky and the carpet so stained I was afraid to take off my shoes. The bathroom has mold on the ceiling and baseboard as well as near the shower. The microwave was rusty inside and dirty. Drawers had crumbs in them and the shelves above the hangers hasn't been wiped down in who knows how long. I did not find bed bugs though."

"We stayed one night for Tunnel Marathon race. The staff allowed us to late checkout at 12pm, which gave us the chance to have a shower after the run. Very good!"

"I wouldn’t say this is the cleanest best western we stayed at during our 9 days. Some mold in the bathroom, difficult to figure out how to get shower warm. Carpet does not feel clean. So many recliners sitting in corners, multiple paint colors, stuff on the walls and counters makes it feel cluttered."

"Front desk staff was not professional. Upon my arrival I felt like I was imposing on the staff at the front desk. Later in the evening when I returned from dinner, there were several men getting high just outside the main entrance to the hotel. The smell was atrocious! The men leared at me as I walked up to the front door of the hotel. As I entered the hotel, the men followed me in. I felt very uncomfortable! I went to the front desk and shared my concerns. The staff said the men were harmless....

"We stay at this motel whenever we visit my mom in Enumclaw. It is generally just OK, but it's the only game in town as far as we know. This morning we went down for the "continental breakfast" at about 9:00 AM. There is a waffle making machine, however the waffle batter was empty, so I asked at the front desk to replenish it and was told, "Oh yeah, we're out, sorry." The staff was nice about it, but this is not the first time that some food item or items was either in short supply or not...
