"Exuma Summit House is outstanding, with great indoor and outdoor amenities. Arrival was great, we arrived 4 hours before check in and put our bags in the house while the cleaning crew spruced up the home. Nicky, the house manager, took care of all our needs and requests, from booking dinner reservations to making boat excursion recommendations...

"The people were so kind, but the property was so bad. It is very old and worn. It is on a nice stretch of beach but it is littered with trash, broken chairs, tires, etc. I feel bad leaving this review, but it didn't have to be like this. Old is ok if it is clean and cared for. This property was not."
