"Greatest host! Wants you to feel comfortable and he is welcoming, with much attentive to details. Great location, super feeling of safety but within the fun parts of the city. Museums, Carytown, restaurants all so accessible. He's there if you need anything but not intrusive at all. Don't be worried about the parking...you feel like you're part of the neighborhood. I would definitely want to stay there again.."

"Very nice apartment within a block of Jefferson Park (which is gorgeous), and within walking distance of St. John's Church, the Poe Museum, and Libby Hill Park. Easy access to downtown Richmond, and I-95. A bit short of ice trays (there was one), the hallway floor is tough to "sneak" around upon (to the bath and back) as it creaks quite loudly, and the front (outside) steps are pretty steep to lack a hand rail. "Stayed downtown while attending an event at the convention center and the surrounding area. Good: Apt was very nice- clean and well set up, bed was good, plenty of dishes and coffee provided ++ Bad: The stairs up are really steep, so take that into account if you book. The areas is a little sketchy, but no one ever bothered us. Parking (provided lot) is a little bit of a walk away, but never had a problem and no one bothered the car.
