We are delighted to present this pleasant studio-cabin with a west-facing balcony, located in the Chalet du Praz residence, close to the Morillon village gondola. With a surface area of approximately 19m², this apartment offers a comfortable space for a pleasant holiday in the mountains.

Upon entering, you will find a cabin separated by the ground floor, a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, separate toilet, a living area with sofa bed, TV, an equipped kitchen area.

The kitchen is equipped with: ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, SENSEO pod coffee maker, electric kettle, fondue and raclette set, as well as crockery and cookware.

Beds: Cabin: bunk beds in 75x190 (the high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old).
Living room: a sofa bed for 2 people in 160 x190

Mattress pads, duvets and pillows for all beds, guaranteeing your comfort during your stay. Additional amenities include a vacuum cleaner and a drying rack.
