"For the location price was expected. Out the door to the sand. Checking was easy. Like everyone else I will Note this property needs an interior facelift. Well stocked but couch is stained, the furnishings, cabinets are aged. Big tv on third floor is out of service so you watch a small one that’s in a desk obstructed a pole in floor blocking view. A little money and they could make this a real gem! Ping pong table was a blast. Kitchen/family space was a great size."

"Location was great; short walk down the block to the beach. House had multiple levels for sleeping arrangements and hot tub was a plus. Kitchen, dining, den space was large enough for our whole group and patio was nice place to hang out too."

"We had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s place. We booked very last minute while our house was being worked on. She was super responsive and accommodating. We were even able to arrange a late check out while they finished up work at our house. The neighborhood was lovely, we did a lot of walking through the harbor and the beach was beautiful. "We wanted to stay somewhere that had some amazing views, we could relax, and yet be close other amenities. The was plenty of towels and large beach towels, things to cook with, and beds are comfort. The home is a little older and the water pressure not the best, but we worked it out. As for cleanliness, there were a few things that may want to have cleaning company spruce up hair and spider webs."

"This property is seriously the whole package. We so enjoyed our time here as a family. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked - you will want for nothing in this kitchen - really in this house. Literally bring your clothes and you are set! You will not be disappointed!!"

"Great place four our family to get together and celebrate the graduation of our daughter from California Lutheran University. Kinsie (host) was gracious, friendly and did everything to make sure the residence was ready. Overall the residence was clean and ready to enjoy. The pool and jacuzzi made a great entertainment for our family to enjoy. Close proximity to Cal Lutheran made it easy to get to/from the celebration with lots of food options to choose from. Would definitely recommend this...

"We met at the beach house from all across the country to celebrate a family wedding. The house was perfect for all, ages 10-85. Plenty of space reunite as a group, as well as finding a quiet space for those needing a time out."

"Super cute house! Plenty of beach toys, wagons, chairs, cornhole, kitchen items, etc. Very clean and comfortable stay. 1 min walk to the harbor and 2 minute to the beach side. We saw seals, sand dollars & hermit crabs!"

"I am from Ventura and came to town to visit friends. Ended up getting sick on the day I arrived and thus had to extend my stay by a couple of days while I recovered. I did not go anywhere and instead had my niece and friend visit me and they both raved about how cute the place was. Very comfortable and cute home. Would stay here again."

"Clean, close to the beach (easy 1 minute walk), walking distance to 2 great restaurants and a nice coffee shop. We had 4 kids aged 7-12 and 6 adults and there was more than enough room. Would highly recommend."
