"The house was perfect for our friend trip. We came by boat and kept it at Exuma Yacht Club. We went to Santanna's for drinks and conch, we went to Chat N Chill and then explored some bars by EYC. "Our stay was perfect from the minute we made our reservation the sad walk to the plane while leaving. The host was very responsive to any and all questions that we had prior to arriving and while we stayed. The place is absolutely beautiful and 100% as advertised. "Our week’s stay at Jack’s Island House was amazing. There were 11 of us ranging from 9 to 73 (5 adults & 6 kids).Jack has thought of absolutely everything including things we didn’t expect. The kids throughly enjoyed the rope swing, the water trampoline & jumping off the dock.The kayaks & paddle boards were a hit with everyone. The dock was super relaxing especially early in the morning & the evening. We enjoyed watching for Barry the Barracuda& the turtle every morning even saw a ray one...

Anything we needed he responded to within minutes. If you stay here and rent a boat, be aware of the tides as boats may not be able to get in and out at low tide. The location is convenient to exploring both the north and south parts of the island and getting supplies from town.
