Everything worked well, communication was easy, and the location was perfect for what we needed. The hot tub was a nice bonus after long days out. "the house was nice for the family the gararge worked nice for my grand kids. .down side the kitchen items where terrible pots pans bowels where like they went to a yard sale no wine glasses, had to go by some extra forks n steak knifes. dish soap almost nothing in the bottle, i garbage bag that is it if you ever watched next level chef i was cooking in the basement. towels very little we had to use a hand towel for the floor mat. said enough. "
