I really wanted to like this place and rarely leave negative reviews however…started with listing stating no hidden fees & that rental was pet friendly. Within 30 minutes of booking, I was requested to pay a per pet fee, which was not mentioned anywhere in listing. OK, paid that. Wanted to watch March Madness, but no TV remote for main TV messaged them, response, OK we dropped off. No you didn’t? Response we will drop off. Waited another couple hours with no remote or drop off. Too late, we will drop off tomorrow. I said not acceptable, they said we will prioritize tomorrow, never heard from them again. Looking for the remote found couch & chair cushions stained on both sides, food & dirty silverware under couch. Closet door in bedroom was broken off, walking around the apartment my socks got dirty really quick like the floor was not very clean. Fingerprints/various dirt on walls throughout. The sleeper sofa was one of those old school 2 inch springy mattresses with the bar across your back, so not realistic for two adults to sleep comfortably on, linens balled up in closet w flat pillows. Plus side location was awesome & parking spot included in lot across street. Great local manual. Otherwise, I feel like they are putting in minimal effort. A comfortable sofa sleeper & chair, a deep cleaning & investing in some new towels & linens along with a responsive host would make this ideal. As it is, I wouldn’t stay here again.
