"This is a lovely property and there were only minor issues with cleanliness such as dead bugs and spider webs throughout the rental which leads me to believe it is not thoroughly cleaned regularly. My major concern was that the listing stated that the owners who live in the house above stay at one of their other properties when the downstairs apartment is booked. Eventually, the sounds blend into the background but, some users may find this jarring upon arrival. "My friend and our adult children stayed for the weekend for the Luke Combs concert and it worked out perfect. We had enough space for all of us, the place was very clean. The breakfast items were greatly appreciated and although we didn't need anything, there were even commonly missed items in the bathroom--toothbrushes, floss, etc. Would definitely stay again if the opportunity arose."

"What a delight to show up at this quaint little cottage and find that it was as good or even better than pictured! Perfect for our small family to stay during a three day Penn State Graduation weekend; only about 30 minutes away from campus. Very clean and well-appointed. We used the grill outside for a lovely dinner. Owner communication was excellent, and they went above and beyond to help us retrieve an item left behind after we had checked out. Highly recommend this gem!"

""Cabin in the woods" accurately describes your first impressions as you roll into the heavy forest clearing. Great presentation, lovely rustic interior as shown in the pictures. Well equipped kitchen for basic meal preparation. Other than the outcome of the Michigan game it was a perfect weekend! Queen bed mattress is a bit past it's prime but that's the only thing I can think of to improve the quality of the rental. We would stay here again for sure!"
