The apartment is bright and tastefully decorated throughout, featuring a large living and dining room with an open-hearth fireplace intended for decorative purposes, electric shutters, and direct access to a south-west facing balcony of 18 m2 that offers a marvellous view of the lake, the mountains, and the surrounding countryside. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from its own private bathroom with bath, shower, and WC, as well as air conditioning and access to the balcony. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is served by a private bathroom with bath, shower, and WC, along with air conditioning. The third bedroom also features 2 single beds of the same dimensions, a private bathroom with bath, shower, and WC, air conditioning, and an additional fan. The fourth bedroom likewise offers 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with air conditioning.
