"This is a spacious, beautiful house that was perfect for our 9-person extended-family group. Big rooms gave us several options for gathering as a group, the bedrooms were comfortable, and there were plenty of bathrooms for a group our size. There’s an apartment in the basement that gave the two of us who stayed down there lots of privacy and quiet when we wanted. "Unfortunately, the grounds were very dirty and our room was less than clean as well. Our toilet didn't flush - we had to run out to an event shortly after check-in and there was nobody on staff when we got back to help fix the situation. They were all booked so we couldn't change rooms. They gave us a plunger to fix the toilet ourselves. Additionally, a woman knocked on our door around 10am the day of check out asking when we'd be checking out and i told her close to 11. She stated we needed...

"Scam. Avoid. Their credit card machine was broken so I couldn't stay in the room I paid for because I couldn't pay their deposit and all their hidden fees. A cleaning feed, a utilities feed. Avoid like the plague. I stood there for over an hour waiting for them to fix it, instead of them waiving the deposit and letting me get some sleep. I had to get another hotel"
