"Amazing hotel in an amazing location. However, it seemed like the maids were understaffed because they did not refill my soap container until the very last day. Beautiful view from the balcony. Great restaurant and front desk staff. It also seems that they need to do a quick update on the decor and design. There were tiny details that were a bit dusty and overused. (Like door handles, etc.)"

"The property was updated, very clean and smelled good upon arrival. Rooms were clean, beds are a bit firm, but the rooms were mostly updated with newer decor. I love that our room had a peek-a-boo view of the lake behind it. The only complaint we had was that we asked for a room “refresh” (not a full clean) while we went out for the day and when we came back, the rooms had not been refreshed at all. No trashes emptied or towels given, so I had to empty our trashes since there’s no maid on...

"We had to wait 15 minutes for the room to be "cleaned" before receiving keys. The room was not cleaned with a strong odor of urine and wet dog. The cleaning attendant was down the hall and I asked if the room had been cleaned which I was told it was straightened because it was listed as a stay over not a new guest. He came and cleaned the bathroom which eliminated the urine smell but was unable to rid the dog odor. Front desk did not have another room available due to a company convention...
