We beach walked the beach, boogie boarded, went into Westport for lunches, and watched the ocean activity which included an amazing sunset.We hope to have another family gathering there. "My wife and I got away for a long weekend after being kid-free. We brought kayaks and wanted to explore the area. We enjoyed the location very much, with easy access to Hoodsport and Hama Hama. The access to the water wasn't as easy as we hoped, but the fact that there's a little county park in front of the house did work out for us. The neighbors seem very protective of the beach though, so that's weird. Luckily the smoke from the Bear Gulch fire didn't come down low enough to bother us either,...

"The house was wonderful for our group of 11. The hot tub could have been a bit hotter, other than that we had everything we needed and Avril was prompt to respond to any questions we had. 10 out of 10, we would definitely stay again. "

"Annual family ocean vacation was amazing! This home had everything we needed and was exactly as described. Communication was easy and the host was quick to respond. Home was clean and comfortable. The only complaints we could possibly come up with are : The beds are a little low for older folks, and the dining room table would be better if it seated 8 - BUT that's only if we were being real picky, which we aren't. We thought everything was great and will come back!"

"This is a wonderful cabin. The A frame structure is rustic and charming. There’s a comfy deck. Debra has shelves of board games and lots of info on local things to do. There is a washer and dryer! The upstairs loft with the king bed is where we slept because my husband is 6’6”. I loved it, although I bumped my head 3 times on the ceiling beams! But my husband was not that happy with how low the bed is and that we had to go downstairs to use the bathroom. The kitchen had the necessary dishes. But...

"My boyfriend and I absolutely love Lake Cushman and we stayed the weekend for celebrate his birthday. This cabin has it ALL!!! The host was absolutely fantastic and was easily accessible for any questions. Hot tub on the patio facing the lake was absolutely amazing!!! Sauna on the back deck was a nice treat. Absolutely everything about the cabin was absolutely wonderful!!! We are already looking at the calendar to plan our return trip!!!"

"We loved staying here. The cabin layout is so nice and the large windows were very inspiring. The view of the trees was very nice. The patio was a great spot to spend the cool mornings stretching and drinking coffee. The walking proximity to the lake was very convenient and the swimming area at the lake was incredible. If you want a nice place to stay in proximity to Olympic National Park, this is a great choice."

"We have nothing bad to say about our stay here. They thought of everything...not a detail was left out. It was the most comfortable, cozy place to stay. There was enough room for all of us and the kids loved the ping pong. Communication was perfect and pricing was too. We have another getaway booked at this retreat in summer because we loved it so much. If you want the most relaxing stay....stay here!!!"
