"The staff amazing but the restaurant was way too expensive and no selection at all same thing every night. The breakfast on the other hand was fantastic. We didn’t like no elevator as it was very hard for seniors to carry so much luggage. also we prefer coffee in the room. There wasn’t a fridge we had one finally brought into the room. Also no cable on tv was a pain it took two people to figure it out so it would work."

"As many visitors are seniors, the lack of safety features in the bathroom were a concern. No grab bars in the tub, only a chair available on request, toilet not chair height therefore needed some assists on getting off. Room was clean and staff responded quickly to concerns and were very friendly. Hiking tours were excellent as well as the leaders. Meals from restaurants were good."

"The breakfast was better than most places. The pool and waterslides were excellent. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioner was quite quiet. There was a stain beside the one bed where possibly a pet had vomited. There was somebody in the building somewhere that was smoking marijuana and the smell came through the vents occasionally."

"When we checked into the room it had an odor that was not pleasant. We bought a couple air deodorizers. When we returned in the late evening the room was still not cooled down after setting the AC. The room was hot and stuffy and turning the AC fan off was not an option. ( it covered up the road noise). The AC unit was so loud that you could not have watch TV since the volume had to be at the max and that was useless as the sound was so distorted it was useless. Also the TV was the smallest TV...
