"The main areas of the property seem quite well maintained. However, when it comes to the rooms that seems to be a different story. We had a two bedroom unit and one bathroom in particular was not very clean. There was a bit of black mould in the corner, which is a big health concern. The toilet also hadn’t been cleaned properly! When I brought this to the attention of the front staff, they apologize but did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. Very disappointing. I had even showed them...

"The First staff were helpful - the remainder differential - no hello or goodbye, any acknowledgement. The room was clean , dated. The set up of the King suite was weird and the breakfast meal included had me lowering my review. By weird I mean, the window drapes covered (hung lower/over the air conditioning unit. When the unit was on (it was fairly warm so it needed to be - the drapes needed to be left open - even all night. If they were closed, they blew all over the place or all the cold air...

"Currently ongoing some renovations which was updating rooms etc. room wasn’t accessible with luggage as had to nagivate stairs and bubble wrap floor from renovations. Staff was friendly. Room good size and comfortable. Did get noisy from locals outside."

"Good hotel. You get what you pay for on this one. Pet friendly and clean enough room. But it is on the main drag and def property shows its age. But I would stay here again for a business trip or travelling w a dog."
