"O hotel sobrevive pelo local onde está. O atendimento é demorado (seja pro shuttle, seja pro café da manhã), o carpete embaixo da cama (precisei procurar algo que tinha caído no chão) não vê aspirador faz tempo. Fiquei no andar térreo, você escuta cada passo que os hóspedes do quarto acima dá, aquele barulho de madeira velha. Fora isso, amenities Loccitane excelente, vista maravilhosa do quarto, um privilégio se hospedar ali."

"The staff was not very accommodating in early check-in specially when I was arriving from USA. Their check-in was 4 PM, and I had arrived there around 11 AM. It seems they could arrange maybe around 1PM, but were unwilling. I feel this request was poorly handled. Otherwise, the facility was okay besides the confusion they had over my room assignment.
I do not think I will go there again!"

"The Saturday evening dinner was the highlight. We dressed up and went up for dinner and I ordered the mushroom ravioli and it was to die for!. Parking is limited to the main hotel entrance but we didn’t mind the walk from the other farther parking lot, the weather and the scenery were perfect for taking it all in!. For some reason the spa was closed and filled with furniture wrapped in blue moving blankets and rows of moving blankets. I hope they have a full renovation happening.!! Be so nice...

"Was told at check-in to remove valuables from vehicle because there has been issues. Sure I’d rather know there are issues but would have preferred to hear otherwise. No staff anywhere to be seen when we walked up to the front desk to check-in. Room was ok."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and looked like it was newly renovated. The beds were comfortable. The heating in the room was great and warmed up quickly. The water pressure in the shower was great as were the towels and bath products.
Breakfast was provided but located at a sister hotel across the road. We ate our own food so it wasn't a huge inconvenience. Overall a great place and the price was very reasonable."

"Reception was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was beautiful....clean, nicely decorated and secure. Parking was convenient. Location was great, right downtown so an easy walk to explore the town and trails. We had supper in the hotel restaurant. They were having a pasta night.....it was fabulous!!!!!"
