"Check in was quick, the staff was great & the room was clean. There was an issue with the A/C; but maintenance got right to it, taking care of the problem. The breakfast was satisfactory and I had no issues with the parking. The desk clerk was extra helpful when we were looking for a close place to eat where my wife had special dietary requirements. I would have no problem staying there again."

"They need to pay attention to the small items. Knobs on dresser was broke. Missing vent cover in bathroom. Front desk was never there, you had to yell or call a phone number. Not consistent with continental breakfast. Better maid service. Strong cleaning smell and floors not mopped clean."

"Best location ever! The pictures don't really show how beautiful the lake is. The pool by the lake is the best. We'll maintained and the access to the pier is amazing. Highly recommend this hotel. The views will not disappoint."
