Welcome to our open-concept efficiency type layout studio, just the perfect accommodation for your trip. We feature a king-size bed, a sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace, a private balcony, and level entry. We are pet-friendly! We are conveniently located right across the street from the Beech Mountain Resort, water tubing, Oz festivities & Overlook barn. You can easily park outside the unit and walk over to the resort. Find restaurants within walking distance. Come and enjoy your stay!

The cozy condo is conveniently located right across from parking lot 2 ( Ski Beech) It is very convenient especially when all the parking lots fill up, you can simply park outside the unit and never have to crank your car. Our unit connects from a little bridge to the Ski Resort. You can hear a creek passing nearby as well! We have a king-size bed with luxury sheets and blankets that will let you have a relaxing stay.

We will provide you with a unique code for your stay a day before or the day of arrival.

We are members of the Beech Mountain Contry Club, if you wish to use te conutry club during your stay the transfer fee requested by the club is $300 which is not included in your total, this gives you access to use the club facilities including: pool, social activities, dinning venues, fitness center, ski lodge and fitness classes * fees may apply. If you don't wish to use the club facilities during your stay NO aditional paymen will need to be made

The membership transfer has to be completed at least 3 days before check in.

The Beech Mountain Club activities start on Mother’s Day weekend and the club usually closes the third weekend in October. The pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes on Labor Day weekend.

•Pet fee is $35 per pet and $50 for longer stays. The payment request will be sent once the booking is completed.

•During the winter season you must bring the appropriate vehicle (4x4, AWD or snow chains) to avoid putting your family and others at risk!

Note Your safety matters. This property features an exterior camera above the front door looking into the parking lot. It does not look into interior spaces.
