"We reserved a room with a queen size bed, but that room required repairs, so we were given a room with a king size bed. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We did not participate in the complimentary breakfast due to our schedule. We will definitely stay again if we are in the Littleton area."

"We stayed in a cottage. It has two rooms separated by a door. The air conditioning is only in the main room which can make the second room hot if the door is closed. The bed was a little too soft for my liking. There was an egg crate on it so I’m not sure what the mattress really felt like. The room was clean. It had a mini fridge and microwave. Overall it was a good value and easy access to pretty much everything in Lincoln. "

"This is an older property. When we first arrived, I was skeptical from the outside. My family, who is use to staying in commercial hotel chains, thought I lost my mind, but THE VIEW (wow...breathtaking)!!!!! The room was clean, beds were comfy, bathroom was clean (dated, but that was okay...we got to let our kids experience a colored bathroom).
