"I arrived at the hotel and the clerk was not behind the desk. I knocked and made verbal announcements and no one came. I had to call the landline to make contact with the clerk. I told her I was in the front lobby, she comes out of the adjacent door behind the desk along with an overwhelming odor of marijuana.
I got my key and went to my room, opened the door and the walls were kissing decor and there was a roach on one of the beds. I left the card on the desk and left the hotel."

"The lights and the TV in the bedroom weren't working. Also they definitely didn't specify how the room was handicap accessible. All the door would slam closed to getting a wheelchair in and out of the room was extremely hard to do. I told the front seat about the lighting issue and they had matinence come up and he just changed a light bulb. Definitely didn't fix it."

"The room was very clean and comfortable bedding. We were happy to have the microwave and in-room refrigerator. It was a nice hot breakfast: coffee, eggs, sausage, toast, waffles, oatmeal, plus the usual cold offerings of cereal, yogurt. As breakfast was closing, the staff checked to see if anyone needed anything else before they closed it down. Super nice."
