"Though some of the aspects of the hotel are a little worn, it was spotless and the space was huge! I really thought the room was great. Some staff were fantastic, some were not as enthusiastic. Breakfast was a standard continental, limited choices in some areas but it was good. I would stay again. I have to mention again, how clean and spotless the hotel is. Parking was very easy. "

"I checked in using their after hours procedure and everything was perfect! They were very responsive when I locked my key in my room and were able to get me back in my room quickly. I love that they text you to make sure you made it to your room and they always remind you to come by the desk in the morning for biscuits and coffee. "I love a boutique motel. This one was perfect. The location was central to Pigeon Forge and Townsend. There was plenty to do nearby. Lots of choices for food. There was also the option to eat in. The kitchen has all you need to cook for your family. The space was enough for the family and pets. We used the fire pit that was part of the charm. Would highly recommend and we will return. "
