"Mini family vacation. The property was pleasant and convenient to the Museums and Zoo.This is not specific to this stay, but I wish the fees would be available prior to the booking/ payment process. We had to stop the booking of a different property for this trip when the hidden fees more than doubled the cost of the rental."

"This is our 2nd year returning to lake Whittmore. We couldn’t wait to get there, and weren’t ready to leave. The house meets all of our families needs and is so clean. We love starting our day on the porch overlooking the beautiful yard and lovely lake until the fun begins. The children love the beach, swimming, the paddle boat and fishing. The hosts are wonderful!!!"

"Our expectations were exceeded in every way. The home was immaculate, fully stocked with everything we needed, and had plenty of comfortable spaces for our large family to relax and spend time together. The neighborhood was quaint and peaceful, and the neighbors were incredibly friendly—even taking time to show us around. We were especially delighted by the Boat Parade and the amazing firework displays. It was a truly memorable stay, and we would absolutely return!"

"We enjoyed everything about our stay on the lake in this very clean and beautiful home in a private setting with its spectacular lake views and sandy beach access to the water. On a daily basis, we saw lots of nature friends while having coffee or dinner on the spacious decks, including hummingbirds, pileated woodpeckers, and herons flying across the lake. "Fomos recebidos por uma recepcionista mal humorada, de cara fechada, que não levantava a cabeça para falar. Também foi rude, deu respostas atravessadas e irônicas. Não deveria NUNCA estar trabalhando no setor de hospitalidade. A recepcionista foi o primeiro sinal. O elevador estava quebrado “permanentemente”, e ela nos disse grosseiramente: peguem a escada. Ao chegar nos quartos (reservamos dois), os dois quartos cheiravam a mofo, o carpete tinha aspecto sujo e em um dos quartos havia uma poça, que parecia de urina. Desistimos do hotel na mesma hora, e fizemos o checkout duas horas depois, indo para um da rede Hilton. Desastroso, nas fotos parecia algo bem melhor. Não somos “cri-cris” nem demasiados críticos, essa foi a primeira vez que abandonamos um hotel dessa forma. Isso significa que a coisa realmente foi feia. Fujam."
