Il Cavaliere is a typical Apulian country residence, with panoramic
views of the lush nature of the area, and a pool area that is a small
oasis where you can spend pleasant hours of relaxation.
The
interiors consist of two independent units, a trullo and a lamia, joined
by large equipped and shaded outdoor areas, where you can relax in the
cool, lunch and dinner outside.
The trullo is furnished with a double bedroom, kitchen area with dining room and TV, and a full shower room.
The lamia is a double bedroom with TV and en suite bathroom.

Il Cavaliere lies in the countryside between the beautiful towns of
Castellana Grotte and Monopoli. The location is perfect for exploring
the Valle d`Itria, the caves of Castellana, the Land of Trulli with
Alberobello only 15 km away, the beautiful sandy coves on the Adriatic
coast etc.
All the main services are about 1.5 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September .
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Property is composed by 2 separate units with shared patio.
