Main level: Full kitchen with table for 6, spacious living room, dining area that seats 8, full bathroom, bunk room with two bunk beds, and master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom. Living Room and bedroom both feature Roku TVs.

Upper level: desk and sitting area, full bathroom, 2 guest bedrooms with king beds.

Lower level: Laundry area, half bathroom, family room with arcade games

Outdoors: Deck outside living room with gas firepit and ample seating, backyard includes small playground, hammock, and charcoal grill

Lake area: Cabana with mini fridge, trash, and seating for 3 at the bar; private slip in a shared dock, shared deep water swimming dock

Pets are welcomed, but MUST be registered on reservation and fee paid on the reservation.

Check in is at 4pm / Check out is at 10am. Access provided via unique keypad code that is shared with you prior to arrival.

Full access to the home is available, with the exception of the garage. However, there is ample driveway parking at the property.

Located in the quiet Beechwood West neighborhood, your family will love the peacefulness while also being able to venture out to the nearby Bridgewater Plaza. You will have access to the kids park as well by bringing your email confirmation of your stay with you.

Located within 5-10 minute boat ride (15 minute via car) to Bridgewater Plaza, you will be situated close to its restaurants, marinas and shopping. In addition, Diamond Hill General Store (6 minutes) and Food Lion (10 minutes) are close by vehicle, so you can easily stock up on food and beverages at the lake instead of having to haul it from your home!

Please note that the fire pit down by the lake and other boat slips are property of our neighbors and are not included in the rental.
