The apartment is in the Marche coast 4 km from Marotta, 12 km from the characteristic town of Senigallia and 14 km from Fano. The neighbouring areas host historic villages and towns, the Gradara Castle (44 km), a characteristic and historic medieval village, festivals, exhibitions and events in most of the year, the city of Urbino (58 km), home to one of the oldest universities. The neighboring areas are home to Italy's most famous amusement and theme parks.

You have access to a beach umbrella, a sun bed and a chair. In the open kitchen, you can prepare delicious meals and enjoy at the dining table in veranda.

The house is located near a railway.
