This is a basement in every way which wasn’t very clear in the description of listing - avoid this place if you’re over 6’ 1” due to low ceilings. The ceilings are thin and the family upstairs wakes promptly at 6:40 AM every morning including weekends and tend to be heavy footed - we would have loved to sleep in but we all couldn’t sleep through the stomping.
