"The house has a nice private and quiet feel and is great for family gatherings given the layout of the dwellings. The house itself is really neat and has been restored beautifully. It's about an hour drive to Charleston, so you can get away from the hustle and traffic of the city but also do the tourist thing pretty easily."

"This cottage was perfect for our family gathering. It is located in the historic district of Summervile and close to Charleston in a beautiful neighborhood. The landscaping is awesome with birds chirping, smells of blooming flowers and rocking chairs on the big porch. The kitchen was great and the historic character added to the cozy feel of the house. It was very roomy and comfortable. We can’t wait to go back."

The pool & beach views are incredible and the home is clean, with a ton of space for a friends or couple weekend or a family trip. We did not want to leave!!! However the only reason for the low rating is the rental company associated with this property was beyond rude and difficult. I booked this house for my bachelorette weekend, I am 32 years old with friends (ages 32-38) most that are pregnant or...

"Our room was very clean. There was an issue with the plumbing being repaired which rendered us without hot water for a bit but other than that it was a nice stay. The outside courtyard was great. Access to fresh coffee 24/7 was awesome too. "
