Agnes, the manager was especially kind and supportive when our bag was temporarily lost at the airport. "Great clean well kept hotel with water views, monkeys climbing on the balcony, walking distance to grocery and shopping. The restaurant was great, well staffed and friendly all around. This was my 5th hotel on my trip to Kenya and the best overall. It was right on the bridge so transportation was easy as walking outside. I extended my stay."

"We had an excellent stay at Sarova Whitesands Hotel! The service truly feels 5-star – every staff member was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice, and I really enjoyed that they serve tea and snacks at 4pm, which was a lovely touch. The rooms were very comfortable, stocked with towels, bottled water, tea, coffee, and all the basics. The beds and pillows were super comfy, and the views from the hotel are absolutely beautiful. "Die Unterkunft ist etwas versteckt in der Nähe eines Waldes. Für uns perfekt, weil es ruhig und sehr grün war. Der Strand ist Fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal ist ausnahmslos freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden das Tombo House jederzeit empfehlen!"
