"I was not able to fly to molakai because of mechanical problems on our flight. Plane never arrived although several other flights did get verification of very late departures. When I tried to book the next day there was only one flight available but none to connect with my trip to calif. I generally book with bookings and they would credit back if unforeseen situations occur. This wTrip was a long dream of mine for my 80th birthday. The hostess was informed of the flight issue. "Wi-fi didn't work properly. Front didn't seem to care about that. We asked if we could be moved to a part of the hotel where the wifi was working, but they said everything was full, when it clearly wasn't - a lot of rooms were empty for our entire stay. Cleaning of the room left a lot to be desired. Our floor was really dirty for two days. Restaurant was great with terrific service. Room was nice and cozy."
