"Wi-fi didn't work properly. Front didn't seem to care about that. We asked if we could be moved to a part of the hotel where the wifi was working, but they said everything was full, when it clearly wasn't - a lot of rooms were empty for our entire stay.
Cleaning of the room left a lot to be desired. Our floor was really dirty for two days.
Restaurant was great with terrific service. Room was nice and cozy."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Maui! It is so conveniently located to some of our favorite beaches and it’s walking distance to Whaler’s Village where you’ll find great dining and shopping. If you don’t want to walk, the resort also has a great little coffee shop and some delicious dining options as well. The highlight for my kids was definitely the water slides and resident penguins. They gave such a great presentation on the penguins every morning, the kids absolutely loved it! Rooms...

"The hotel is absolutely crowded. Too many people to be served, a few employees to serve. Particularly at the Ulu Restaurant are the breakfast. The luau does not worth the value and concierge was not able to deal with our needs. We spent 1.2k dollars Ina helicopter tour to see volcano and road to Hanna and we didn’t see it. That part of the island is very windy. Maybe a good option is to stay in Wailea. Less windy, more upscaled."
