"This is a really excellent property. The house is spacious, cool even in August and very quiet both in the day and the night. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. The views are incredible and the pool and outside eating area are better than the photos look. There is a nice BBQ which had plenty of gas. The only thing to be wary of is the very steep and narrow road up to the house. It is better to have a smaller car! "

"We had a great stay in the heart of Viareggio. The house is right next to the park, a couple of blocks from many “Bagnos” right at the beach. The house is a split level townhouse with many stairs and unique architecture. The kitchen contains all you need to cook with spices and dishes all available. There were even some goodie’s on the table and in the fridge. Gloria is available if or whenever needed and she can give all the information about the town. "

"We had a wonderful stay with Massimo, very clean and all was great. A beautiful view around the region with seasight as well as the big mountains. The house was clean and big eniugh to suit the 4 of us. With the 2 persons bed below and a bed above in the same room you can have 3 people in 1 room. The smaller room with the smaller bed has the place for a forth person.The pizzaoven is great, and having a decent washing machine is a must for a family. "Wir sind als Familie verreist. Mit dem Haus waren wir sehr zufrieden. Es war sehr sauber und hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung! Für die Küche ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht, was nicht immer üblich ist. Auch der Garten war sehr gepflegt und wunderschön. Anna ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Sie hat uns gute Tipps gegeben und sogar für den ersten Tag für uns eingekauft! Danke Anna! Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig, zum Strand braucht es nur wenige...

"Absolutely wonderful. It was what I imagined a Tuscan Villa would be and more. It is private with spectacular views. The inside is roomy and comfortable with beautiful vaulted wood ceilings throughout. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I could think of. The pool is great with a gate that keeps children safe. The terraces with cushioned seating were perfect for lounging. The beds were very comfortable. Nice washer and clothes line. Highly recommend."

"The house is wonderful. Air con in the bedrooms and huge high ceilings in the communal areas mean it stays cool even when the temperatures soar. The garden is lovely and offers shade and sun. We ate breakfast there every morning and a couple of dinners - the kitchen is large and well equipped. The beaches and waterfront 'strip' are 15-20 minutes walk away.
