"The property was conveniently located for all of our plans in and around Rotorua. Unfortunately, the AC broke right before our stay, which was not communicated to us. We had to contact the owner because we were unable to turn the AC on, which was when we found out it was broken. In addition, the parking situation was tricky - either a VERY tight driveway, or a big dropoff to a gravel spot. Not great when driving a rental car!"

"A localização é perfeita. O atendimento é muito bom. Funcionários gentis. A decoração do quarto é linda, o quarto amplo, limpo agradável. Tem toda comodidade. Ferro de passar roupa, cafeteira, frigobar, café leite, chocolates, biscoitos, secador de cabelo. Banheiro lindo, enorme limpo. Roupas de cama macias, confortáveis. Televisão com vários canais. Estacionamento em frente a acomodação. Localização excelente. Quando voltar, com certeza ficarei nele. Recomendo muito. Nota máxima. "
