LA PERLA DI SICILIA

The bungalow in the park is quiet, right on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Sicily. The sandy bay is surrounded by beautiful dunes and the sandy beach gently sloping into the sea invites you to a wonderful bathing pleasure for young and old. The center of Marina di Modica with restaurants, bars u. 'Gelaterias' can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

The detached bungalow in the park is surrounded by blooming oleander bushes, lemon, orange and fig trees as well as beautiful large and small palm trees. The house is simply furnished and functional and consists of two separate bedrooms, a living-dining area with kitchen, shower and toilet, a small TV with many German and international programs, air conditioning and an Internet connection (for a fee). Outside there is a covered terrace.

Children will have fun playing, a brand new playground and a table tennis table.

The car can be parked directly next to the park on a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac or a private parking lot in the garden (outside).

MARINA DI MODICA

Marina di Modica is located directly on the sea, between Sampieri and Pozzallo, on the southern tip of Sicily, far away from tourist strongholds. The sandy beach of the village is surrounded by dunes and is one of the most beautiful parts of the coast of the island. The gently sloping sandy beach is ideal for families with small children, but also for seniors. Along the sea, there is a wonderful beach promenade, surrounded by a park in southern Italy, where a market takes place on weekends.
In July and August, when the locals go on vacation, the otherwise quiet seaside resort comes to life, because live music, theater performances and beach bars around the centrally located bungalow park provide entertainment until late into the night.

In winter, warm, spring-like temperatures invite you to spend the winter in Sicily.

Only 6 km from the park is the small fishing town of Pozzallo with numerous shopping and shopping opportunities and a beautiful 'piazza' surrounded by palm trees. If you value fresh fish, you will get your money's worth here.

The baroque town of Modica is just a 15-minute drive from Marina di Modica and is what you would imagine a typical Sicilian town to be. Here, life pulsates from early morning until late at night. The old town of Modica is impressive with its numerous baroque churches, such as B. the Cathedral of San Giorgio, both day and night!
