This beautiful vacation home is ideal if you dream of a vacation right by the sea, as the beach starts just a few steps from the house. The house offers a cozy atmosphere and enough space for your family and pet.



At the private swimming pool with water slide you can spend many hours in the sun and cooling off in the water. At the pool there is conveniently also a shower and a bath. On the terrace with sea view, equipped with garden furniture, you can end the day with a cool drink and plan the barbecue with family or friends. From the house there is a secondary exit with direct access to the beach.



Take long walks on the beach, swim in the sea and enjoy the sun. In the summer months Marina di Modica is a lively vacation area with many sports activities, markets and bustle along the promenade.
