Safety of our guests and colleagues is one of our top priorities, rest assured the home is completely sanitized, cleaned and disinfected meticulously thoroughly between all bookings/guests The home is located 2 mins of the 99 freeway in the college area, the most desirable and sought after neighborhood in Modesto. It's minutes from downtown and the Gallo Center. It's 3 blocks from Doctors Medical Center and a 7 minute drive to Memorial Hospital. 15 mins from Turlock and about 30 from Tracy/Stockton. The home is walking distance to many of Modesto's finest restaurants and a local organic grocery store, Starbucks, and boutique shops. The space is equipped with central heat and air, blazing fast WIFI download capabilities, 70 inch smart tv for all your viewing needs. New washer and dryer (we supply soaps and fabric softener.) The home is suited for solo traveler and families alike.

24 hour check in is available via lock box, you'll have full access to all amenities in the home, as it's all for your pleasure. Check out is at 11am. Late checkouts may be possible, only available upon request and is not guaranteed. My home was designed and crafted especially with our guests in mind. Please enjoy but also respect the home. No smoking inside, please no parties or large gatherings, there are children to both sides of home so please keep noise down after 10.
