Live in the lap of luxury at this upscale Moab condo with high-end finishes and amenities like our five seat Hot Springs Hot Tub! Plenty of room for everyone to not only stay but stay comfortably. Sleeps 6-8 guests. Start and end your day on the huge wrap-around second-story deck, taking in the incredible views. Only 15 minutes from Arches National Park!

The pool is typically open from March - October. We do not guarantee the pool and hot tub will be open, as these amenities are administered by the Homeowners Association and are subject to closure due to maintenance or bad weather.

Living Areas
Fully-furnished kitchen with side-by-side refrigerator, ultra-quiet dishwasher, self-cleaning oven, and built-in microwave. You’ll have everything you need to serve up your meals with utensils, plates, cookware, and serving dishes all provided.

Enjoy a quiet night in the living room, cuddled up in front of the cozy gas fireplace. Large LCD flat screen TV gathered on the plush sleeper sofa.

Washer and dryer on the main floor. Other helpful amenities include free Wi-Fi, key code entry, a BBQ grill, and a 2-car garage.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed while the large 3rd bedroom offers one twin and one full bed. Both rooms share a full bathroom. If you need even more room, pull out the sofa bed in the downstairs living area.

The master bedroom features a pillow-top king bed. Glimpse views of the LaSal and Canyon Mountains from your bedroom. Master en-suite’s large walk-in glass shower.


COMMUNITY POOL AND HOT TUB
During the warmer months, hang out at the community pool with a hot tub, a 5-minute walk from the condo. The condo is stocked with pool towels for guests to use.

The house is only 5 miles from the city limits of Moab. The vast beauty of Arches National Park is only 10 miles away.

We highly recommend Moab's best-rated adventure, T-REX 4x4 tours, where you get to drive on the Hell's Revenge Trail. Contact the Moab Tourism Center for more information.

Moab Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely recommend. It was very clean and plenty of room for the six of us. Beautiful views from the property. It was close to Arches and Canyonlands. There are numerous activities in the area. Communication with Rossana was very prompt and helpful. She also provided a number of great recommendations. Would love to stay here again.

Great deck

Great view from a wrap around deck. Condo was clean and neat-well designed inside. Only two things-area was a bit noisy and patio down stairs had no privacy-neighbors patio was right above without a fence.

Great comfortable place to stay - recommended.

Rosanna’s condo is a very upscale place to stay and very clean. We have stayed here 2 years ago, and we noticed upgrades to the property that makes it even nicer than the last time we stayed. If you are looking for a nice comfortable condo that is only miles from downtown Moab, this beats staying at a hotel by miles! Since we had a group that required more than the three bedrooms in this condo, she also has the connected condo, which we rented and made the trip even nicer as we only had to step next door to meet with our group. Highly recommended.

Loved this Home!

We stayed here last August and did some rafting on the Colorado. Perfect home with plenty of space for my husband and me and our 4 kids. We loved the huge deck and lounge chairs as well as the outdoor patio and grill. East check in and check out process. Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice property

The property was very nice. Ample room and the owner had great communication. The community pool was conveniently located and nice as well. It has a balcony that is great for night relaxing and looking at the stars. Be cautious about items left out. We had ants in clothing we bought in town and left on the counter.

Nice place!

This townhouse was in a great location. Just minutes to Moab & Arches. About 30-45 to CANYONLANDS National park. I would stay again because the property itself was so nice as was the location. There is an ant issue which they are aware of but keep all food in the cupboards and leave no lingering crumbs or ants will be all over the counter. One other issue that bothered me was the master bedding appeared to have not been washed. Crumbs on bottom sheet and the quilt had unknown substance on it. I stripped and washed before I felt comfortable sleeping in it.

Great homebase for our RZR Trip!

Wonderful gathering place with friends. Awesome garage for our 2 UTVs and nice end lot for the truck and trailer. Beds and bedding super comfy plus everything we needed for the kitchen. Thanks!

Great home and location

Great Moab house

This house was very comfortable! We enjoyed the wrap around deck and beautiful views! Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Close to Moab and Arches. The only draw back was the noisy four wheelers and motorcycles that paraded through constantly. People having fun in Moab.

Having been to Moab quite a few times but never staying in a Vrbo, I wasn’t sure what to expect. This place was great! Clean, great location, kitchen stocked with equipment for anything we needed for cooking, etc. the best part? That upper deck for stargazing!!

Absolutely perfect!

The only downside of this experience is that we didn’t get to stay longer. The condo was sparkling clean and the communication and check in were great. The living area is so nice and open, perfect for a family or group. There were two great outdoor spaces and it was nice having the rooms upstairs, away from the main area. We loved this condo and would recommend it and hope to be back soon.
