We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 428 & 432! The condos were clean, spacious and provided plenty of comforts and amenities. The communication with property management was quick and responsive. Oh and we loved the location and riding bikes to downtown! Thanks again for a lovely experience! I definitely recommend.

This place was amazing. We all had such a great time in Moab and part of that was because we had such a great accommodation. These houses are truly stocked with everything you will need but your toothbrush and toothpaste. Each bathroom has shampoo/condtioner/bodywash and lotion. The kitchen has spices, coffee, paper products, and plenty of dishes and cooking utensils for all of our needs. The bikes were a huge plus and we enjoyed riding them into town. It was great they included helmets and locks. We slept great every night and enjoyed the large kitchen table to eat and play games at. Our backyard was the pool which was fantastic! We could not have asked for a better place to stay. I would recommend this place to anyone! Also, great communication with the property management! Don't miss out on renting this place.

Property was well located, comfortable, plenty of room. Kitchen was well equipped with equipments and even spices. The pool was just outside our door/window and very loud at times. The property did a great job of shutting the pool down at 10 PM. Overall, we really enjoyed the place and would stay their again if we were coming to Moab. Well done.

We really enjoyed our stay! We had a very large group that consisted of 5 families and there was plenty of space for everyone. All of the children thought it was the most luxurious place ever. We loved having the pool right out the back door. So close to the Arches and grocery and restaurants. My kids really wanted to move in for life.
The check-in process was more complicated than it needed to be with additional emails to sign and then the email sent didn’t have the codes to get in and it also went to my Spam folder when the others did not. I felt like I was being a nuisance having to message the owners but he was really nice and even called me to make sure I had everything I needed and knew where everything was. He made me feel like I was the most important person to him and our comfort and stay was his top priority. We will definitely be staying here again!
