This beautiful condo has everything you need to feel as comfortable as if you were at home but with the thrill of being on vacation in Moab! The location of this rental could not be better as it is the closest condo to the shared, seasonal pool and hot tub! Be the first to dive in each morning by just walking a few strides from your door. This rental also includes a full kitchen and a warming gas fireplace for those chilly nights.

What's nearby:
Everyone comes to Moab to see Arches National Park which is just a short drive south. Experience the wonders of the red rock formations and set off on a number of phenomenal hikes. There is also a great golf course nearby, and if you're hungry, Susie's Diner is right down the street!

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

My friend and I stayed at this property and had a very good experience. It was clean. The beds were comfortable and it had beautiful views. We did very little cooking. We hiked arches Canyon lands and dead horse point State Park. We enjoyed the hot tub very much at night. We would love to stay again sometime.

Enjoyed our stay

We've stayed in several of these units in this complex. This is one of the better ones. Love having the garage. It is close to the pool but it was closed for renovations. The kitchen supply was disappointing. The knives were basically unusable due to being dull. There were no salt and pepper shakers (this is a basic thing that should be supplied).

Absolutely Delightful!!

Absolutely delightful with our stay at this condo!! The cleanliness was exceptional, making our experience truly enjoyable. The accommodations were perfect, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend this property for a fantastic getaway!!

Moab trip

The property is very nice. There is weeds growing ( about 5 inches tall) in the side walk on porch. The Wi-Fi is terrible and kept going in and out causing the TV to lose signal. It's a perfect place to end up at the end of the night to relax.

We’ll stay again

Had all the things we needed and loved the location and amenities. We’d stay here again. Only complaint is theres a smell, kind of like a smoker used to live there,every time we came back there was a musty smell I could smell

Great condo for the price

This condo was much larger than we anticipated which was awesome. It’s a few miles from “downtown,” but that wasn’t a big deal to us and we knew that going in. It was a bargain, in my opinion.

Great little house

This house was a little out of town but perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well stocked and we used it for almost every meal of our 8 day stay. Overall, it was great. Some suggestions: the WiFi didn't work often and there was no way to make ice.

Spanish Valley Retreat

Overall the property was very nice and quiet, the location was away from town but close enough for quick access to the downtown Moab. It was also very close to the pool and hot tub. (right next to it!) The garage was a big plus. The only issue we had was that the refrigerator was leaking water from the freezer into the main compartment of the refrigerator and it wasn't keeping items very cold. The maintenance guy tried to fix it but it started leaking again by the end of our stay. Greg was a hoot and told us many things about the Moab area. Response from Greg was top notch. Although the kitchen had a good assortment of dishes, pots and pans, it could use a non-stick frying pan that would be much easier to clean. (everything stuck to it). Overall, the unit would have been a 5 of 5 stars with minor updates to the kitchen.

Great location and retreat

Location was great, close to town and all of Moab activities. Within the complex itself, was also a great location right next to the pool and hot tub. Was a retreat in the fact that the pool and hot tub were never over crowded, nice to have an outdoor patio, plenty of parking for large vehicle/trailer and space for our family to spread out. A couple minor items that did not impact our overall stay, but just to note: We did have to call the prop management to get a code to access the pool as was not provided that in our confirmation. But they were very responsive. Glad we had brought our own coffee as that was not provided. Also be careful with the grill as it does have a tendency for the flame to go out and then gas is still on. And unfortunately you can not tell due to the poor design of the solid grate covering the grill. So could be dangerous if not careful. Need to shut off the gas, and remove the grates to let the gas clear out before trying to restart.

Decent Place

Overall, the cleanliness of the home, was not the greatest. The floors weren’t cleaned, I could tell by dirt stains on the floors, and our socks were dirty after 10 mins of walking around. The bathrooms walls & baseboards, specifically had urine stains and dirt build up. All the sheets and towels were dingy and some stained. The coffee maker was not deep cleaned. And there were ants in the bathrooms and kitchen floors. Besides, the below average cleaning. The place is nice, and the neighborhood is great and active. We couldn’t get any of the t.vs to work and/or get off CNN. And there were no instructions on how to get them to work. The email indicated the pool and hot tub were closed but there were a ton of people using both but no access information within the emails. I think the place could use a little TLC, for Moab it was about average.

Excellent location, first class accommodations!

This location was ideal, close enough to Moab to access amenities but far enough away to avoid traffic (visit was on a particularly busy Spring Break weekend). The home had plenty of room, privacy and neighborhood was quiet.

The property was in a great area but very dirty.

Bathrooms not clean. Dirty rugs. Garage full of dirt with numerous spiders including a black widow. Spots on blankets. Fingerprints on fridge. Pool code wrong. Not a great stay.
