The house is on 1 acre of land, an easy 10 minute drive south of downtown Moab. It’s ideal for exploring Arches and Canyonlands national parks, near mountain biking, hiking, 4 wheeling, rock climbing, rafting, and incredible scenery.

The house includes high speed Starlink wifi Internet access, usb charging ports in all bedrooms, Dish TV service, and Sonos speakers in the living areas.

Outside there are 2 separate covered patios with a brand new private 7 person hot tub, comfortable seating, a large dining table, and a gas grill. The backyard also features a large fire pit.

All beds have plush Simmons Beautyrest mattresses and plenty of high-quality pillows and bedding.

Master bedroom suite features a luxurious king bed, a 50" smart TV, and a deep soaking tub. Dual upstairs bedrooms feature 40" smart TVs.

Large upstairs family room features a pull-out queen size sofa bed, massive sectional sofa, 65" television, and wet bar.

Lower floor has a well-appointed kitchen and generous dining and seating areas, as well as a mud room that includes a washer and dryer.
