You'll find two mountain biking and ATV paths, the Polar Mesa and Rose Garden Trails, a few feet from the gates of Rim Village, and you'll enjoy easy driving access to Arches National Park (11 miles north), Canyonlands National Park (36 miles west), and Dead Horse Point State Park (39 miles west).

The swimming pool is seasonal and only open and available for use from mid-April through the end of October (weather permitting).

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Perfect spot for a group

This place had everything you could think of for a stay for a family or a big group of friends. It was far enough away from town that it wasn't as crowded but close enough to activities and restaurants. Awesome place to visit!

Annual Moab family Jeep vacation

Very easy to make reservations. I was kept aware of any changes to due dates, deposits and rules and regulations. The whole reservation and checkout was very convenient.

Good base in Moab

We enjoyed staying here while we explored the parks. The kitchen is well equipped and the space is perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. The kids enjoyed the pool. All in all a terrific trip.

Great stay

We stayed here recently for a few nights with the purpose of getting in some hiking while attending remote school. The wifi supported our kids without issue and the condo is in close proximity to great hiking to head out after 'school'. It was clean, well stocked, and we had a great time playing in the pool and at the tennis court. Thanks for the great stay.

Good space but chintzy

Kitchen was very poorly stocked - minimal utensils, cooking/baking dishes, etc. Towels and bed linens were cheap and flimsy. Water pressure in the master shower was totally inadequate. Carpet was very dirty in all of the rooms. Light cover in master bath missing. The location was good as long as you understand you’ll be quite far out of town. Layout and amount of space in the property were good; it was also nice to have a garage but a garage door opener or code would have been really nice. Decent pool.

Great location to the pool. Description doesn't tell you but its right around the corner. View is breath taking. Close enough to town to be convient but not so close to deal with any congestion. Condo is clean and well laid out. Well stocked with everything you need to cook if you want to save on eating out. It was nice having the washer and dryer to do laundry before we left. Nice to have a grill to use. Only downside is not having direct access to the garage when you come in from a long day of hiking (no garage door opener/code). Overall it was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone to stay at.

Perfect

We had a fabulous trip to Moab and this unit provided a perfect home base for our activities. The unit is quite spacious with plenty of room for our family of six to spread out. The garage was also nice to use for bikes and gear.

Fantastic property! Close to all the trails we were in town to off road! Kitchen very well stocked for cooking. Pool was awesome! Would have been nice to have a key code for the garage door so it could be opened from the outside. Floors are a bit worn...but all in all nice spot!

Would be five star with better cleaning

We arrived two hours after check in which is a good thing as the unit was still being cleaned. No contact with us that the unit was not ready at 4. Glad we were not there at 4. I have never rented before where the cleaning was this far behind check in time. There was stains in the carpet of the master bedroom and the bar stools in the kitchen which are not acceptable when you pay this much per night. The worst was the shower curtains, especially in the master bath. This curtain had orange slime over the bottom portion with black mold in the corners. I can tolerate this as I don’t have to touch the shower curtain but I did contact the 800 number to notify them about this problem. This person assured me that I would be contacted with 24 hours by a local rep and the problem fixed. Unfortunately I never heard from the local person during the next three days. I hope they took care of this problem before the next renter.

Relaxing and Beautiful

We had our whole family, room for everyone! We enjoyed having coffee on the patio, such beautiful scenery. The pool and play area was just around the building, very convenient!! The condo had everything you would need for cooking or a BBQ, the grill was on the patio. They also had spices and condiments for you which was different than other places. We had plenty of space for everyone, two car garage to with two extra parking spots! It was a very enjoyable stay and exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend staying here!
