"I chose this place because it is close to my extended family so we could visit them easily. The house is very spacious and has three rooms, just as described. The children enjoyed the house as did the adults. The jacuzzi tub is a nice addition as well. Overall, getting to the house was easy and the guarding as well as the owner were easy to contact. Common area of the building is beautiful and a nice place to hang out and you get to know your neighbors there (we had a fun time hanging out in the Jacuzzi with ours). I’ve stayed in VRBO apartments and homes and Casa Osito maybe the best one yet. So many nice touches to make it comfortable- the fans, the kitchen, the terrace, and although we didn’t need them- the supplies for small children. "This listing is misleading. The location of the house is not the one listed in the app, the actual location is a 40 minute drive outside the city. Also it’s advertised as if the house has a private pool which is not true, there are community pools which have to be reserved 2 days before. Owner tried to charge me $25 over toilet paper and shampoo since he considered we used too much for the time we where there."
