"We felt so held in this gorgeous home that felt very cozy and comfy considering it was also a gallery of stunning Guatemalan art with breathtaking garden and grounds. We woke to a choir of birds and were given privacy to do deep spiritual work and could pray by the Lake each sunrise on a small beach. Hosts were accommodating and responsive and local staff was lovely!!! would love to come back some day ❤️🙏🔥"

"Good points: -The house seems to be a relatively new construction . -The second floor room has a decent view to watch the sunrise. But the house is not in the lake. -The kitchen was well equipped. Regular points : -Lots of Construction around that starts at 6:45AM - From the main road to the house is dirt and rocks so You have to carry your suitcases. -Far from the embarcadero or main are in town, a good 30 minutes walk or 10 minute Tuck Tuck that cost Q10/ $2 US quetzales per person...

"What a beautiful and well designed house. Such a unique house to stay in. House was beautifully decorated, had amazing beds in all the rooms, and the rooftop terrace was an amazing place to hang or rest and watch the volcano go off. The plants throughout the house were such a great vibe. The host was helpful and friendly and made the experience better. The house was even decorated for the holidays. "

"There are some great aspects of this property. The primary bedroom bed was extremely comfortable, the home is beautifully designed, and the views of active volcanic eruptions from the bedroom were incredible.However, there were several significant issues:- Undisclosed cameras were installed in the pool/hot tub area and not mentioned anywhere in the listing or property materials, which raised privacy concerns.- We were also informed that someone would enter the backyard twice daily for pool...
