"Room was very clean. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Food in the restaurant was delicious. My only criticism would be that there was only a small desk top fan. And in the middle of a heatwave the room was ridiculously hot."

"Really good location for the town. You can park on the garden street car park, you pay 8-8 and free over night. The accommodation is lovely, it’s clean and has everything you need. Breakfast was really nice and fresh. Would def return. The restaurant next door, is 15% off with your hotel door key. The burgers are to die for!"

"It is a very lovely and charming hotel! The bed is very comfortable and warm. The service was great and we were allowed to make adjustments on the menu during our breakfast. Plus, it is a short walk from the Brontë Parsonage Museum. The only downside is the ceiling in the bathroom which is very low and also having to carry our luggage throughout the stairs. But I guess this happens all over England. Nonetheless, I recommend it! "

"Parking was easy, however the room was very basic for the price we paid. The staff member who checked us in was very polite and friendly so I cannot complain about her. In the room though there was a sound of gushing water down the pipes all evening, the toilet seat moved when you sat on it and the shower door did not shut properly and thus the floor became wet and slippery. There were limited eating options locally as the pub was not serving food. WIFI was free (which it often is not these...
