With lake views, a private pier, a spacious screened porch, and a 6-seat golf cart included, getting into vacation mode is practically automatic.

Start your mornings with coffee from the Keurig or standard coffee maker, then gather in the bright modern kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, fresh white cabinetry, subway tile accents, and quartz counters. The dining area seats six comfortably, making it easy to share pancakes before the beach, snacks after golf, or a sunset dinner together. In the living room, brand-new furniture, a roomy sofa, and two swivel accent chairs create the perfect spot to relax, laugh, and unwind after a day exploring the resort.

The first-floor primary bedroom overlooks the lake and features a king bed for a dreamy night’s sleep. A private updated bathroom adds extra ease. Also on the first floor, the twin guest bedroom is a great fit for kids or young adults and includes its own private bathroom with a stand-up shower.

Upstairs, the loft-style queen bedroom feels like its own private hideaway. Step out onto the balcony with lounge chairs and a bistro set, soak up the Florida sunshine, and enjoy peaceful lake views. A small sitting area with a desk and a nearby private bathroom make this second-floor space ideal for guests who want a little extra privacy.

Love traveling with your pet? Wine Down is pet friendly, so your four-legged family member can join the getaway too. A $250 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet. Two dogs maximum, each under 30 pounds.
