Great place to stay!!

We have stayed many times in this condo. It is the perfect size for our family of 4. We enjoy relaxing and eating in and the kitchen is very well stocked. Everything is always clean, the king size bed is very comfortable, beach service is great, pool is awesome, parking spot is a great bonus and the owners are always kind and accommodating!! We are already booking for next year!! Thanks Bob and Diane!!

Fantastic stay cannot wait to come back!!

The property was all as described, clean and stocked with everything you would need. Bob and Diane are wonderful to work with, we cannot wait to come back again, wish we had stayed two weeks. The pool area was amazing and the free beach set up was a huge plus as well as the Lemon Meringue pie waiting for us in the fridge!! Thanks so much for a wonderful week!!!!

Wonderful condo! Would stay again!

Condo was clean and decor was perfect for the beach. Condo was bigger than expected, plenty of room for family of four. Beautiful view of ocean from deck. Pool was awesome too! Great vacation!

Great condo

Great condo! We’ve stayed in this building before but this unit was so much nicer. We have wonderful ocean views. My husband was so happy to have a spot in the garage and the kids loved the pool when they wanted a break from the beach. Diane and Bob are very friendly and attentive. We hope we get the chance to come back!

Awesome Vacation!!

We came to the beach resort for a family vacation. We have 2 younger children. When we walked in, we immediately noticed the space and high ceilings! It seemed huge to us and it was nice to have for the week. The pool is large, which our boys loved and we also enjoyed time in the hot tub! It is a very short walk to the beach, which we went to every day. Bob and Diane were great hosts and answered every question we had about the area and things to do. We loved that they were local! The Key Lime Pie was a nice treat to have during the week. We loved everything about this place and would recommend it highly to anyone! If you are looking for an awesome place to stay and awesome people to deal with, then this is your place!

This was a perfect condo and vacation spot. The bed was so comfortable, kitchen well stocked, wonderful pool and covered parking spot. Even though I did meet the owners they were very accommodating and wanted to assure I had an awesome relaxing vacation which I did. I hope to return! Thank you for a great week in your condo.

Very Relaxing Stay

We just returned from Destin after a very relaxing two week stay! When we first arrived we noticed how clean the unit looked and smelled. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Bob and Diane even left us an amazing key lime pie in the fridge. They were so nice to work with from beginning to end. The master bed was very comfortable. Beach service was especially nice, thank you Bob and Diane for allowing us to stay in your condo. Your hospitality was greatly appreciated, we will certainly be back!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful week at this condo. It was equipped with everything we needed. The view was amazing and the beach service was an added bonus. So nice to be able to show up at the beach and have chairs and an umbrella already waiting. We enjoyed our stay at Beach Resort 505 & will recommend it to friends.

Perfect Condo...

We were back for our 4th stay in Beach Resort 505. We stayed for 2 weeks this time so did a lot of cooking. The kitchen is very well supplied. The bed is still the best we've found while on vacation. The kids love the bunk beds and everyone had a great time. The parking spot is a great bonus. The weather was perfect and the gulf was beautiful....so calm and relaxing!!! Thank you for being such gracious and generous hosts. Ready for a 5th stay!!!!

Awesome Vacation

The week we were here was so relaxing and comfortable. There was plenty of space for our family of 7. Bob and Diane are very caring people and made our stay feel very welcoming. The condo was equipped with all the necessities of home. The parking garage was a nice ammenity when it rained. We all loved the pool. It was never too crowded and kept the kids busy. We enjoyed walking the beach and sidewalks along the street. Sand was soft and cool. The ocean was beautiful and temp of water was nice to play in. Beach chairs were a blessing with umbrella for the little ones. This was our first trip to Destin and we will definately be back. There is so much to do here. The fireworks at the Destin Commons was also nice. Overall we had a very relaxing time. This is a great place to stay and very safe for families. Hope to be back soon!

Great Vacation!

This was our 3rd stay in this beautiful condo! As usual the condo was very clean when we arrived. We have everything we need there to make our stay enjoyable. Love the covered parking spot that comes with this unit. You never know what kind of weather you will have while on the coast and the covered parking space is so nice. Not every unit has this included as an option. Also, having the beach service included is a nice extra. Just pack a cooler, grab your towel and sunscreen and head to the beach for a delightful day! The key lime pie that Diane and Bob leave for their guests is such a nice welcoming treat as well. Can't wait until next year for my next beach trip. The only thing I don't like about this trip is that it is so far away from home, but it is well worth the long drive!

Excellent Resort

The Beach Resort is an amazing place for families to stay. The pools are perfect! Beach chair rentals come with the unit, which is a huge savings. The condo is extremely clean with all of the necessities of home. The condo is close to shopping and dining. We feel like this is our condo since we have stayed there for at least five years. This year we left several things in the bathroom and the items were shipped to us! Thanks for making our stay wonderful at the Beach Resort!

Home away from home!

This was our fourth year staying in Bob and Diane's condo. It truly has become our home away from home. The condo is exactly as depicted in the photos. The furnishings are comfortable and the condo is clean. There is a wonderful view from the balcony. The zero entry pool is one of the best. It is perfect for families with young children. The condo is close to shopping and dining. It is a short walk to the beach and the beach service is an added bonus. We will definitely be returning year after year. Thank you Bob and Diane.

This was our second stay in this lovely condo. Great location to the beach, accommodations are very comfortable and nice. The included beach service is so nice. Just get up and head to the beach with your towels and a cooler to spend the day under the nice umbrella and chairs that are waiting for you. Can't wait for next year to stay here again. OH yeah, the key lime pie is a nice treat as well.

Another great vacation

This is our second year in a row with Bob and Diane and we are hoping to make it a third next year. We can't say enough about the condo. It is very clean and the kitchen has all the equipment we need. We like being on the fifth floor to have the ocean view. The pool and the beach are right there. Bob and Diane are wonderful owners. They take great care of their property and their visitors!

Very RELAXING week made even better by Bob and Diane

As a teacher and a coach, time away is hard to find and I so look forward to a break spent with my family. After using a large management company last year for my stay at Beach Resort in Destin, I was so happy this year to work with Bob and Diane. They added an incredible personal touch to our stay and are so friendly. The condo is very nice and the king bed is truly as comfortable as it looks! The view from the 5th-floor balcony is marvelous and the complex pool is great for any ages. The pool area is by far the best in Destin. This condo was right across Scenic 98 from the beach and a short drive to any amenity in town. It was simply a great week. The added bonus was to work with and meet such a nice couple. Thank you very much, Bob and Diane. It was a pleasure to meet you and I will always check with you first for future visits to Destin.

OUR WINTER HOME

We are Canadian snowbirds who have just spent our third winter in Unit 505 at Beach Resort. Because we stay for 2 months we do not consider this a vacation stay, this is our winter home so we look for certain criteria that others might not need when here for a short stay. In this unit, we are completely comfortable, it is more than just a place to crash. This our home for the winter and gives us all we need. It is very well equipped and lacks nothing. There is even an extensive selection of novels to chose from. The décor has been recently updated. Not only is it very comfortable, it is also beautiful to look at which is important to us because of the length of our stay. Anyone can equip a condo, but Diane and Bob have gone further. They are very gracious hosts, and are a wonderful example of Southern hospitality. Nothing is more enjoyable than sitting on the balcony on a bright sunny morning with a cup of coffee and looking over the two pools in the beautiful gardens and watching the pelicans gliding over the turquoise waters of the Gulf. It doesn't get much better than this.

Great condo... Greater owners!

Dear Bob & Diane, Once again, you guys have given us the opportunity to create many more wonderful memories with our girls. You have invited us into your home at Beach Resort every year since it opened and every year you have made us feel like it was our home, not a rental. Everything is always in perfect condition and ready for us to begin enjoying our vacations the minute we arrive. We appreciate so much the time you have taken to offer us suggestions on activities we would never know about without knowledge of the Destin area. Relaxing Paradise

We so enjoyed our vacation at Beach Resort unit 505. Owners were so easy to work with & made everything so perfect. The unit is decorated so nice & has everything you need to feel at home. September is the perfect month to come to Florida in our opinion. Beautiful pool. At first we weren't too happy about the walk to the beach, but it really wasn't' too bad & it was so nice having the umbrella & beach chairs awaiting us each morning. We were not ready to leave. Oh & the key lime pie everyone talks about, really is delicious!

Perfect!!!

This was our first time to Destin and we fell in love. This condo was perfect for our family of four. The bunk beds were perfect for the children and the master bedroom has an awesome bed!!! The condo was beautiful and wonderfully clean. We have stayed in condos in the past and were always disappointed by the cleanliness, but this was very clean and had everything we needed. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation and for the key lime pie:o) We hope to return soon....

Another Great Time

Third time at Beach Resort, second year in a row at this condo. The owners are great to deal with which makes the rental process an easy one. They really care about there condo and the people renting it. Very quick with emails and phone calls. The condo is very nice and has all you need for a relaxing week at the beach. The complex is very nice and well kept. The pool area is very relaxing. The view of the gulf from the balcony is very nice.

So Perfect

This quick get-a-way to Destin was so perfect. Unit 505 looks and feels like new. It has a wonderful view, comfortable king bed, and decorated beautifully. Bob and Diane are so easy to work with and really go the distance to make you feel at home. I plan to back very soon. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Condo

Stayed for a week with my son and 2 friends during spring break. Have stayed at Beach Resort before in a different condo but Bob and Diane's was the best. They had everything we needed and the accommodations are perfect. The covered parking is a plus. They even left us a key lime pie in the fridge as a welcome gift! How nice! Bob and Diane are great to work with. This condo is the perfect spot for a small family. The pool is wonderful. Very clean. Even the pool guys cleaned the grills each morning. You will not be disappointed by renting from Bob and Diane!

Can't wait to come back!

We spent Thanksgiving week at your beautifully appointed condo and our stay was fabulous! It is so beautifully decorated and the kitchen has just everything you could want. Even all the baking dishes we wanted for our Thanksgiving dinner. The pool area is the most beautiful in all our vacation travels. The view is great and, of course the beach is just the best there is. It is also close to the outlet mall when I needed my shopping fix. The bed is so comfortable and the living area is very spacious. We are already planning our next visit. Thank you for thinking of everything!
