With an open floor plan and balcony access, the main living area is a comfortable family gathering place. Enjoy relaxing on the outdoor lounge furniture and take advantage of our outdoor balcony beverage bar! Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to whip up a meal, and there is a stackable washer/dryer in the unit.

The master bedroom is delightfully furnished with a king bed and offers an adjoining master bath. The cozy second bedroom features a queen bed and is conveniently located across the hallway from the second bath. The roomy third bedroom “lock-off” studio is complete with two queen beds, a kitchenette, an adjoining bath, and a doorway that connects to the main condo. There is a separate entry door for the third bedroom which makes it perfect for vacationing with friends or teens.

The Pilot House tropical swimming pool complex is perhaps the most spectacular on the Resort! There is a kiddie pool, hot tub, cold tub, grill area, play yard, picnic area, and fitness center located just a few steps away!

The Pilot House is located at the Village of Baytowne Wharf. The village is the hub for dining establishments, boutique shopping, live entertainment, a playground, zip line and more at the Resort. There are also events in the common area including concerts, movies on the lawn and weekly fireworks.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled
within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete
a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
