Welcome to Crabby’s Condo…We expect for you to sit back, relax and enjoy your getaway – whether you are here on vacation or work. You will appreciate this 2 bedroom, 2 bath lock-off condo that overlooks the tropical swimming pool complex located just steps away from the fun of the Baytowne Wharf!

When you walk into our condo at Market Street Inn at the Resort, you will be taken by the pool oasis view. It’s inviting blue waters and palm trees beckon you to take a dip. Spend warm evenings lounging on the oversized balcony taking in the tropical ambience.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a quick snack or a full dinner. There are 3 types of coffee makers! A Keurig, standard coffee pot and Nespresso machine! The kitchen seats six with additional bar seating for three. Our master bedroom suite features a king bed, a 40" HDTV and DVD player, and a master bathroom with dual vanities and a separate tub and shower. The guest bedroom features two new queen pillow top beds, 40" HDTV and DVD player along with another bathroom. For your convenience, our vacation home offers a washer and dryer, free garage parking and complimentary WIFI. Resort tram to and from the beach is provided with this rental.

Additional amenities unique to Market Street Inn are a fitness center, community bbq grill and covered parking. Take the elevator down to the action for the latest events at Baytowne, shopping, dining and live music just steps away.

NOTE: Please add the following to the nightly rate - Cleaning $195, Processing Fee & Damage Waiver $195, $9/night Transportation Fee, Tax 12.0%. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled
within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete
a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Perfect location

Loved everything about this condo. It was perfect for our family of 5. The view and proximity to the pool were so convenient. Something going on at Bayside Wharf every night. Tram to the beach was helpful. Only downside to this condo was the parking situation. When we arrived the parking deck was full. Having to unload luggage was not the easiest process. Other than that, amazing!!! We would stay here again for sure!!

Perfect Family Getaway

The property itself was very clean, updated and had everything we needed for our stay. We were alerted to a small problem with the floorboards just prior to our stay but it didn’t bother our stay at all. We also had a problem with the WiFi during our stay and the tech/management was responsive within minutes to help us solve it. Communication was fabulous and friendly! We can’t wait to visit again!

Just what we needed!

We enjoyed our stay. The communication was great and easy to follow. The area is very well maintained and pretty easy to maneuver. I appreciated the parking spot in the garage. The condo was very nice. The space was great and decor was lovley. I enjoyed the patio every morning for cofffee. The area eventhough busy was quiet and relaxing.

Great Condo!

We had a great week in Sandestin! The condo was well equipped, beds were comfortable, and it was extremely clean upon arrival. Whoever does the turnover service does a phenomenal job! This was our second year staying in Baytown Wharf and it’s the perfect vacation for young families. Something for everyone!

We arrived while construction was being conducted on the balcony of the condo; however, the owner made the situation right immediately. The location is ideal for a family, and we enjoyed our off-season stay.

Beautiful Grounds

We thoroughly enjoyed the properties and all that was available. Since we were off season, it was not busy at all at the shops and restaurants. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the pools were lovely, with plenty of lounge chairs. The condo itself is nice but it could use a few updates, specifically a new mattress and dishes that are not chipped and stained.

The property is absolutely beautiful and private. Close to everything. Clean and convenient access to restaurants and shopping. The only negative is that the bed mattresses were not too comfortable. However, that would not be enough to keep me from coming back!

We loved our stay! Everything about the listing was accurate and no complaints about anything. The location is perfect because the tram is included in the stay so we took it to beach each day then hit up the pool that is steps away and then back to our room to get ready for dinner. Then steps away to many dining options. Only thing that was hard was the garage parking is tight and it’s hotter than you know what down there so loading and unloading the car you needed a shower after. I would stay here again and again!

Great condo as far as location and cleanness.

No problems with anything, however I would suggest to the owner to have a small cooler in the unit. Also, really feel like it would be a great if there was someone selling beer at the pool, but that more for the actual property management.

Fun family getaway

The property was beautiful and just as described. We enjoyed the unit, and especially enjoyed the location! The pool was warm and very clean! . The unit was a short walk to restaurants in the Baytowne area. There are new restaurants coming soon, that will add even more dining options. We did drive to the beach, but parking wasn’t a problem on the gravel lot. We rented beach chairs which added to the convenience of getting to and from the beach without hauling extras. The unit doesn’t have any beach chairs, coolers, or beach towels so plan accordingly. The beach area for the resort has snow cones, hot dogs, restrooms, cocktails, and a restaurant right on the beach. We look forward to staying here again. It was a lot of fun for the entire family!

Spring / Golf Get away

Great location, great weather! We enjoyed all the amenities of Sandestin resort and the surrounding communities. First time visiting this area. We stayed a week and loved every minute of it. We will be back again - hopefully sooner than later!

In the Hart of it all

Beautiful and Cozy

We loved this condo. It was beautiful and cozy and extremely accommodating for the 5 people staying in the room. We had extra pillows and extra little blankets as well as lots of places to put clothes etc. all of the bed were very comfortable and the room had a nice big balcony overlooking the pool. It was also steps away from the village. Definitely recommend the stay.

Neal was amazing! Answered every single question with the best attitude! Always got back with me if he didn’t answer the phone at the time . Condo was spotless! Never cook in condos but this one was in tip top shape and we cooked . It was an amazing 5 day trip !

Great Location Cute Condo!

We loved our stay!!! Right on the Wharf, overlooking the pool, and super convenient to get to the beach! This condo was really cute, and the perfect size/layout for our family. Once the beach adventures were done for the day, we could eat right there at the many restaurants on the Wharf, and my kids could participate in the activities, such as zip line, bungee trampoline, and stairway to heaven. The ice cream shops and snowball stand were a huge plus as well. The only bummer was that I didn't realize we couldn't rent golf carts unless it came with the unit. But there is tram/shuttle that runs every 30 minutes to the beach, and it's a super quick drive across the street if you want to take your own vehicle. 10/10 recommend!!!
