The bright, open-concept main living area is designed for gathering, relaxing, and spending quality time together after a day at the beach. The living room features comfortable power motion seating, allowing guests to recline and unwind with ease while enjoying the spacious coastal setting. The dining area seats 8 guests, with 5 additional seats at the kitchen breakfast bar.

The modern, fully equipped gourmet kitchen makes preparing meals for a large group easy. It includes two full-size refrigerators, an under-counter ice maker, and a beverage center, giving you plenty of cold storage and entertaining space.

First-Floor King Primary Suite:
A spacious private retreat featuring a sitting area, 55-inch 4K TV, and en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and large walk-in shower. A full-size crib is available in the large closet.

Minimum age to rent: 25
Groups: No student or chaperoned groups.
Parking: Space for 4 vehicles. Golf carts count as a vehicle.
Dogs: Dog-friendly, maximum of two dogs, for an additional $150 per dog. Please follow leash laws and pick up after your pet.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received within 60 days of the check-in date will forfeit the full payment. For cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in, a processing fee may apply.
Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property, including inside the home or in any outdoor areas.
