When it’s time to get away, look no further than the white-sand beaches of Destin! Sea Cabins 2B is a vacation condo in Miramar Beach that provides a great home base for exploring the area. The first-floor condo is not only within walking distance of the beach, it also features sunny living space, comfortable accommodations, and access to community amenities. It has one bedroom, two baths, and can sleep up to six vacationers.

Step inside to an open great room that encompasses the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room includes an armchair and a plush couch that doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa. The cozy setup faces a wall-mounted, flatscreen TV for entertainment—for when you’re not at the beach, dining out, or taking a dip in the pool! Behind the couch, a glass-topped square table and four chairs make up the casual dining area. Overlooking the dining area, the kitchen is the perfect place to serve vacation snacks, appetizers, drinks, and other delightful dishes. It has stainless-steel appliances, honey-toned cabinetry, spacious counters, a blue-tiled backsplash, and a breakfast bar. From this main great room, two sets of sliding glass doors open onto a porch that faces the gulf. Furnished with a shaded table and chairs, guests will love dining outdoors while enjoying the coastal breezes and sounds of the gulf.

Also, downstairs off the living room, is a kid’s bunk nook. The nook includes a twin bunk, a tall dresser, and a TV. From the first floor, an open staircase leads to the primary bedroom on the second level. The bedroom features a king-size bed, cute wicker furnishings, and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower.

The Sea Cabins complex also offers vacationers access to beachy amenities. One of these is a refreshing pool surrounded by palm trees and a sunny deck. Pool chairs provide plenty of space for soaking up the Florida rays. Several picnic tables and charcoal grills are located on the property for those who enjoy cooking and outdoor dining. Another perk of this vacation rental is its close proximity to the beach, which is right across the street. It takes less than a minute to stroll from your condo rental to the bright white shores.

Because of its Miramar Beach location, the condo is within walking distance to several restaurants, including the Royal Palm Grille, Surf’s Hut, and Whale’s Tail Beach Bar and Grill. If you’re looking for fun activities to do besides hanging out at the beach, there are several options in the surrounding area. Ocean Reef Resorts guests get discounted rates on golf, tennis, and recreation rentals at the nearby Seascape Resort. Silver Sands Premium Outlets, a well-known outlet mall, is just over a mile away. Other nearby entertainments include shopping, dining, festivals, events, and family-friendly fun at the upscale Grand Boulevard retail center and the vibrant Village of Baytowne Wharf.

*Parking for one vehicle only. No boats, trailers, campers, golf carts, RV’s, motor homes, jet-skis or other single or multi-purpose powered vehicles are allowed.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated October through March.
