Welcome to Luau Landing! The Luau resort is the perfect getaway...located directly in the middle of Sandestin. There are so many amenities at this resort, you won't need (or want) to leave! Our guests LOVE the quick access from this condo to both the pool and the beach! There are also restaurants within walking distance so no driving is needed!! We are on the beach side, so it is an approximately 3-4 minute walk from the resort!

Luau is located in the heart of SanDestin on Gulfside. Newly updated studio condo sleeps up to four. We have one King Size bed, a sofa in the living room that converts to a Queen Size bed. A bathroom, kitchenette, and small living room with a nice size Smart TV with many different TV apps (including Netflix and Hulu). There is a Keurig coffee machine, blender, microwave, mini refrigerator, Iron/Ironing board are included. There is a small standing balcony that has side views of the area and gulf!

You will have access to our beach storage (inside closet) that includes beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, and beach toys. We also provide 2 beach towels in the condo for your stay! We are on the beach side, so it is an approximately 3-4 minute walk from the resort!

You also have access to Sandestin TRAM, the pool, fitness gym, barbeque area, Observation decks, Laundry room, and meeting space- all located on the complex grounds!!

POOL HOURS: 8:00am - 10:00pm

THINGS TO NOTE:
A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 am to 10 pm and makes several stops around the resort. You can also take the TRAM to Village of Baytowne Wharf in SanDestin Bayside....where there is lot's of children's activities including bungee jumping, hair breeding, temporary tattoos etc. year around. Ice-skating in Baytowne Wharf village during winter months. Also, Grand Blvd is on the bayside for all of your shopping needs-including Luluemon, Vineyard vines, Tommy Bahama and much more as well as restaurants!

Your property does not allow motorcycles, rental golf carts, boats, trailers, or over-sized vehicles/buses.

Parking notes: Parking is available in the parking garage. The entrance is gated and staffed with SanDestin security officers. We provide everything in our welcome packet that will answer all of your questions you may have!

We send a welcome packet upon check-in which allows you to know everything about how to access the resort as well as the condo!

This resort is a huge resort with so much within walking distance! There is a parking garage for the guest to use during their stay! We also provide a welcome packet that helps you know everything about the condo and area!

Managed by Diving Pelican Realty + Rentals. We require an additional rental agreement to be signed at booking to ensure age requirements (25 and up to book) are met. Thank you for understanding!
